- Great holiday cottage with fantastic views, which we really enjoyed on the sunny days. Monmouth was a nice surprise of independent quality shops alongside a good selection of the high street names and supermarkets. Forest Trails at Symonds Yat worth a trip. Bell at Skenfrith pretty good and the Walnut Tree excellent. Thank you to Mrs Yeomans for the house and Welsh cakes
Whitehill Farm is in a beautiful countryside setting, with lovely hosts, a very friendly cat called Poly(tunnel)
and a dog called Spot (should now be triangle).
We very much enjoyed our few days there and hope to return some time. Look out for the Dartford Warbler!

Wonderful cottage- all that one could wish for. Best ever self catering cottage. Will recommend to our friends.
Splendid week. We are waddling back home having dined too well. Wonderful views and walks. For a first visit to the area, it has been a great success: Even the sun shone!

Warm welcome with yummy welsh cakes, you certainly do 'keep a welcome in the hillside'. A week was not long enough. Oh well! there's always next year.
Wonderful cottage, friendly welcome, beautiful part of the country all made perfect by the stunning weather. Will recommend to all Geocachers out there.
Simply Stunning! The cottage is perfect and had everything we needed and more. Had fantastic time very sad to be leaving, but will be back.
Another enjoyable weekend, thank you for your help.
We spent several days visiting and walking in the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley, and we were lucky with beautiful weather. Lovely accommodation in a well designed and equipped cottage. Many thanks for everything.
A perfect cottage in a stunning location. A lot of thought and care has gone into producing somewhere very special, much appreciated by guests and dog. Over the years we have visited many cottages supposedly suitable for people with mobility problems - Whitehill Farm is the first one that actually does meet such needs.
A lovely long weekend of walks in the Black Mountains and Forest of Dean. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. Thank you for the welsh cakes.
